Sunday: rest
Monday: new Ashley's Army workout (not posted yet), tennis
Tuesday: 30 minute treadmill walk...yes I walked.
Wednesday: 3.5 mile run
Thursday: Pilates, 30 minutes spin
Friday: Ashley's Army Workout
Saturday: rest

So the April workout is a bootcamp-esque routine.  It is difficult but fun and has left me sore all week!  Thus the low impact cardio workouts this week.  Saturday (today) turned into a day of rest when I realized all the work I had today.  I scheduled two GOTR appearances at events in Mooresville and was busy, busy, buys.  Hopefully I will squeeze in a workout tomorrow instead!

The Africa Mission Trip Fundraiser dinner takes the cake this week.  If I had to pick a favorite "boat" recipe it would have to be the Louisiana, despite the Moab boasting fried plantains (my favorite).  You must replicate this recipe immediately!  It is so delish!

Tomorrow is the Poverty Meal at my church!  Join us if you can to experience hunger and learn more about our mission trip to Mwandi, Zambia.

Love Grows is a non-profit that supports African children in an orphanage in Uganda.  This blog entry makes me so excited for my upcoming trip.  This is a feeling I hope to experience!

Mr. Kummerow and Pat running their 9-miler last week (whilst I ran my 6 miles- my longest distance since the marathon).  Well guess they finished 10 miles!  And next weekend they will race in a half-marathon- a first for both of them!  I am so proud at what they have already accomplished and am so excited to cheer them on next weekend!
