Week in Review

It has been a super crazy week for me!  Girls on the Run registration just wrapped and I have been so busy pulling together last minute teams and coaches to accommodate as many girls as we can.  Despite the chaos, I managed to create some really great recipes and bust out a few good work outs.

Work-outs this week:
Sunday- Rest
Monday- Pilates (first time ever) and 45 minutes of swimming
Tuesday- Lift (check out February's work out)
Wednesday- Swim 60 minutes, P90X abs
Thursday- Swim, P90X abs
Friday- Lift
Saturday- Swim 75 minutes

If you missed it, I am now stuck in a boot so swimming is the only cardio I am allowed.  Despite the forced entry into this new sport I am really enjoying it!

Favorite Moment of the Week:
Beautiful sunny weather on Sunday.  We even grilled outside!
